It's easy to use your discount membership.
Once you join the membership and receive your membership kit, simply follow these steps to start saving today! Some savings plans will have specific directions on how to use the membership, so please review your membership kit for details.

Step 1
Keep your member ID card with you at all times so it will be easily accessible to present at provider locations. You must present your member ID card at the time of service to receive a discount.

To locate and verify participating providers in your area, simply call Member Services at (844) 306-0866, or click Provider Search. When calling to schedule an appointment, please refer to your member ID card for proper network identification when speaking to a participating provider's office.

You are responsible for paying the provider the entire discounted fee at the time the service is provided.

When will my membership be effective?
When you join, you will be given the option to choose your effective date. You may choose either the first of the current month or the first of the next month.

No, this is not an insurance membership. You will pay for services at the discounted price at the time services are received.
